This August, I had the opportunity to connect with many of you across Senate District 10; from National Night Out events, immigration roundtables, back-to-school events, and community fairs. I also joined CHP on a listening tour of local encampments, speaking with unhoused residents to better understand their challenges and how we can deliver real support.

This year, I’ve advanced several bills to protect working families and make California more affordable:
SB 625 – Wildfire Recovery Package: Cuts red tape and speeds up rebuilding for disaster-impacted homeowners. On the Assembly floor.
SB 259 – Fair Online Pricing Act: Prevents businesses from using your personal device data to unfairly change prices. On the Assembly floor.
SB 254 – POWER Program: Strengthens wildfire oversight, limits utility profits, expands low-income bill relief, and creates a public authority to advance clean-energy infrastructure. On the Assembly floor.
